Why this is separate

The team took part in the general AI fluency sessions under the original Stewart OS engagement. This is different: a dedicated program for the Arkhe team specifically, built around gym operations, timed to the launch, and billed to Arkhe on its own account so it sits cleanly in the gym's numbers rather than the group's.

What the package covers

A hands-on, multi-session program built around the Arkhe team's real work: member questions, MindBody, lead response, and daily operations. Structure is confirmed with you, but a typical shape is:

Session 1 — Foundations for the floor

Core AI skills for the team: answering member and prospect questions fast, drafting replies, and the daily habits that save time.

Session 2 — Operations & MindBody

Using AI around the gym's systems: bookings, trials, membership queries, and the response-time and lead-capture flows tied to MindBody.

Session 3 — Embedding it & troubleshooting

Locking in the workflows, reviewing real cases from the first weeks of launch, and handing the team a quick-reference guide they keep.

Custom preparation around Arkhe's tools and daily operations.
Hands-on delivery, so the team leaves using the tools, not just having seen them.
Session recordings and a short quick-reference guide.

Timed to the Arkhe launch (soft open mid-July, full open September), so the team is ready as members come through the door.

A flat $2,000 for the multi-session package, billed to Arkhe. Includes the custom preparation, the sessions, the recordings, and the quick-reference guide.
